Located on the corner of George and King Streets, 388 George Street jointly owned by Brookfield and Oxford Investa Property Partners transformed the original 1970s office tower into a modern commercial space with the addition of a five-storey retail and commercial pavilion.
Sea-Tex Non-Metallised fabric was selected as the fabric for the high performance motorised roller shade systems. Sea-Tex is comprised of recovered ocean bound plastic contributing to the sustainability credentials of the tower building. The total amount recovered ocean bound plastic used at 388 George Street equates to 1,260kg.
