The large-scale contemporary industrial offices for The Foundry building within the Australian Technology park complex in South Eveleigh, form three parallel buildings interspersed by a series of light-filled atrium’s.

Sea-Tex Non-Metallised fabric was selected as the fabric for the high performance motorised roller shade systems. Sea-Tex is comprised of 50% recovered ocean bound plastic, totalling 1,080kg of recovered plastic used in the project.
