Brookfield Place Sydney

Brookfield Place Sydney is a major new landmark for Sydney comprising of a 27-level commercial tower offering 9400 m² of boutique office space, facilities, amenities and retail space. The development also includes the restoration of Shell House and 285 George Street, breathing new life into a historic Sydney landmark.

Sea-Tex ES Metallised fabric was selected as the fabric for the high performance motorised roller shade systems. Sea-Tex is comprised of 50% recovered ocean bound plastic, totalling an impressive 2,800kg of recovered plastic used in the project.
